Why Booking Ahead Changes Everything
Walk-ins are always welcome at Sparksnova, but booking a specific slot means you arrive knowing exactly when you'll be seen. No sitting on a bench hoping someone cancels. Our appointment slots run in 30-minute blocks from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturdays. You can book by phone, email, or in person at the counter. We confirm every booking within 30 minutes during business hours. If you need to reschedule, 24 hours' notice is all we ask.

Service Consultations
Talk through a task with one of our team before committing. A 30-minute consultation helps us scope the job accurately and saves you time on the day.
Product Collection
Reserve a product and book a collection slot so it's set aside and ready when you arrive. No chance of it selling out while you're on your way.
Rescheduling and Cancellation — Plain and Simple
We understand that Kitale life doesn't always run to plan. If something comes up, let us know at least 24 hours before your slot and we'll move you to the next available time at no cost. Cancellations inside 24 hours may result in the slot being filled by another customer, but we'll always try to find you an alternative within the same week. Repeated no-shows without notice may limit future booking options, but we deal with each situation on its merits.
