Who We Are and What We Actually Do
Sparksnova is a small local business based in Kitale, Trans-Nzoia County, Kenya. We offer three core areas of work: hands-on services for households and small traders, a straightforward appointment system that respects your time, and a focused range of products that we stock because people in this town ask for them. We don't position ourselves as a franchise or a chain — we're a compact, owner-operated operation with a micro team that has grown slowly and deliberately since 2018. In that time we've completed well over 800 individual jobs and transactions, learned what Kitale residents actually need on a day-to-day basis, and cut out everything that doesn't serve that need. The slate-professional atmosphere of our shopfront reflects our values: calm, direct, and functional.
How We Work, and What We Won't Promise You
Our process is simple: you tell us what you need, we assess whether it's within our scope, give you an honest quote or recommendation, and then do the work to the standard we've maintained since opening. We serve households, small traders, and office tenants within Kitale and the immediate surrounding area of Trans-Nzoia County. If you're significantly outside town, travel time may affect our availability for on-site work — we'll tell you before you commit. We're also clear about what we don't do: major structural or licensed electrical work, wholesale supply, and anything requiring certifications we don't hold. Outcomes that depend on factors outside our control — material lead times, third-party suppliers, weather for outdoor tasks — are flagged upfront, not buried in small print.
